4kq turbo project- clutch questions

I'm in the midst of planning a turbo upgrade for my '86 4kq (JT engine) The donor
car is an '85 5kt auto(KH engine). I plan to replace the clutch obviously as part
of the swap. I also would like to upgrade from the 225mm clutch to the 240mm clutch.
Since the donor car was an auto, I don't have a new flywheel. My question is, can
I buy the bigger (240) clutch disc and pressure plate and simply bolt that to the
JT flywheel?, and then use that assembly on the back of the KH engine? This would
save me buying a new flywheel. I am aware that there are some small timing pins
that would have to be added to the JT flywheel so that the KH ECU gets the correct
timing signals.
I have dug up the following numbers from the family album...
'86 4kq flywheel---- 035 105 270 T
'85 5kt flywheel---- 035 105 270 M
Since these numbers are nearly identical, doesn't this indicate a high level of similarity?
Maybe just the pins are different?

Any BTDT would be appreciated, also please correct me if I have any of my info incorrect.
 Thanks...

-Peter
