Making a "chip"

   I have seen this alegged 10 hp "chip" mod for the CIS NA cars...Ha!  The 
only gain in on-the-road horsepower will the be weight reduction of your 
wallet!  Advance your timing a few degrees for the same effect, and buy 
thousands of packages of 
Top Ramen with the savings...you have to be sensible about these things in 
college you know...
