All the 5ks use a fixed height "coil-over" strut at the rear.
They will interchange, but the ride height may be strange.
I believe shims are available to raise ride height, but not
much can be done if it ends up too high...

(Yes, it's coilover to start with... the so-called coilover
kits merely give you adjustable height, standard sized springs
and a whole new set of squeaks, clunks and rattles.)
