Manifold Replacement - MB

If you get valve stem oil seals in a head gasket kit, there are a couple
of little plastic condoms included to fit over the cotter locating
grooves while you push the seal home.  If you buy the seals 'loose',
you don't get the condoms.  Anyone know a part number?  I've checked
the breakdown in the repair kits, but they don't seem to be numbered.
