Turbo Whistle

Well, a certain amount of whistle is very normal.  I can hear my turbo
whistling away under boost and I don't have any vacuum leaks.  I'd imagine
if it was a vacuum leak you'd have some stumbling under boost..  As a data
point, when a hose I had used on my intake system cracked (it came off the
donor car so it was old...), The car stubled a bit under boost and had a
hard time starting.  My guess is this is perfectly normal.
