nah... it was just coincidence, and not really even that because...

the battery is a 12.6 volt device so the no load, not running voltage
should be 12.6.
the on board voltmeters (ok, their accuracy is suspect) in my Audis
routinely read 13-14.5 volts (the 14.5 is with a lucky find of an odd
voltage regulator in my parts box). In fact, the 90Q reads a very stiff
13.5 regardless of load. impressive, really, compared to the Audis of
the past!
