Turn signals

Well.  I found the relay.  It wasn't with the others.  It was under the
instrument cluster.  The only reason I found it was because I was holding
onto that area when I was checking the other relays.  Yes, it was very warm.

Call me.  I receintly got an understanding of relays and turn signals in a
93 90csq.    BAsic problem is Audi relays and commonly available US relays
have different pin outs.
