K24 Turbo

What are the advantages of putting a K24 Turbo on a 5KTQ? What is the 
difference between a K24 and a stock 5KTQ turbo? Can it be bolted straight 
on or do I have to do other mods? Any other info on these turbo's would be 
much appreciated! TIA
