Cycling cold start injector

Definately DON'T do this.  The problem with cycling the cold start is that
it will give you a false sense of security.. an A/F gauge might tell you
that you are running near stoich when in fact you have the back 2 or 3
cylinders running fine but the front two or three are running DANGEROUSLY
lean due to the un-even spray pattern.

The better way to go about it (if you are up in the high boost area where
CIS can no longer deliver.. about 12-14 psi or so) is to add a set of 5
extra injectors firing into the exhaust manifold like Javad did on his 80tq

.  The cold start valve is pretty much in the worst possible place for an
extra "enrichment" injector.
