Type 44 Radiator Question

After replacing the radiator in my '88 5KSQ, I notice a wet spot on the 
ground right in front of the driver's side front tire.  It does not appear 
that the radiator is leaking.  In thinking back, I can't remember if I 
tightened the clamp on the hose at the radiator that goes to the overflow 
tank.  Is it possible to get in there to tighten that clamp?  Without moving 
the radiator out?  Can you get at it from underneath?
