transport from germany to usa/canade

I used sky truck, they are located at NY's JFK and in a couple places
abroad.  I brought over engine/tranny and the chassis (Seperately).
Total cost with customs, paperwork, shipping, insurance, bond etc was
about $5000.00. US.
