V8 5spd in Seattle **WARNING**

FYI, British Columbia is one of the provinces in Canada that requires declaration
of accidents for used car sales.  The information is easily obtainable via their
provincial auto insurance company.  Yes, that's right, auto insurance in BC
is run by the government.

Typically, cars that have been involved in a big accident (especially newer
high-line vehicles) tend to get pawned off to outside sources because they're
difficult to sell in the province.

In the case of an older car, this may still hold true, or it may be something
simple like it didn't pass BC's "AirCare" testing.
