eurolight troubles on 4kq

Hey listers,
On my 4kq I am using 100/80 watt H4's and now they seem to flicker on and 
off for both bright and dim settings. I checked all the connections, all the 
fuses and all the relays one connection was a little loose, however 
retightening it didn't solve the problem. Any ideas where to look? Or is 
this just the bulbs going bad (they are almost 4 months old)
