eurolight troubles on 4kq

As far as I know the alternator was with the car when it was new. I bought 
it about 3 1/2 years ago, so I am assuming that it was. Should this matter 
if I am running relayed power direct from the battery.

I am running a 40x4 deck and a 300w amp. I origionally thought maybe the 
stereo was causing this, but turning it off didn't help.

Not to my knowladge it seems to only do this when I am driving. It seems to 
happen more when I drive over bumps, which then led me to believe that a 
connectioon was loose. Like I said I checked all connections and they still 
do it.
