Spark Plug Wire Question

I discovered a loose connection at the spark plug
on my 1992 100CS and ordered what I thought was the
plug wire (078-035-255).This part is actually the metal boot 
contact (which is defective on my car) with no wire attached.
Is it difficult to attach one of these to the existing plug wire, or 
should I just send it back and get a new plug wire ???
