does this sound like Ignition switch? 4kq

my car wouldn't start this morning ...have'nt had time to poke around yet, 
but here are the symptoms.....New batt , started last night , no start this 
morning , no click 
no gauge LED's , no stereo lighting, trip functions dim when key is turned , 
resume when in off position , trip clock also dims when key is off and stereo 
is turned on, ...cannot get gauge LED's no matter what the position of key 
is......TIA
