The jumper post is the location Blau uses for their harness.  Haven't tried 
to install mine yet though, so I don't know how fragile it is.

Yes.  Problem with using only one relay for low beams is that if the relay 
fails, you'll be annoying a bunch of people for the rest of your drive 
(assuming you're not carrying a spare and have to use high beams).
