understeer-oversteer

I know I am late with this, but here is the best
definition on this subject that I have ever heard, if
somewhat non-technical, in the words of a Rallye
driver, I forget who: 

--Oversteer is when your passengers are scared,
Understeer is when YOU are scared.--
