Date experience w/ your Audi?

It's good to see that you're making good use of this list. :) Glad I could 
help!

Actually, be careful on the date... I love my car, and I make it known.  
Perhaps, sometimes, a little too well known.  My friends (and girls) can't 
understand the fascination that I have for the Audi, especially now that I 
have an Avant.  So don't over-do the Vorsprung-talk!

My best friend, who is female, would always think it was really cool, all 
the stuff that came standard on my 86, that she doesn't have in her 93 
Camry.  I couldn't stand driving her Camry, and really bugged me when I 
couldn't tell what the outside temp was!   :)  I even convinced her that 
after her Camry, if she wasn't going to buy an Audi, at least get a VW.  
She's been on a New Bettle (chick car) kick for while, but is starting to 
come around... Now she is looking at a 2001 A4 1.8TQ early next year!!!

"Wow!  That's an 86?!", is exactly right for my car, which has held up very 
well...  If your 89's exterior is a little shabby, don't sweat it, and just 
get her in your car quickly, so she can enjoy the wood trim (luxury cars 
item only).

Bottom line, and otherwise pointless e-mail up until now:  If you don't make 
a big deal of your car, she won't either. (Unless she's driving a Z8 or 
something!)
