I have to cranck 4 seconds to start

Hi all.

It is annoying. If my 200tq 99 MC1 sits about 30min 1 hour I have to
crank ~4sec. If crank a little without starting or start and shut down
the engine then it take 1 crank to start the car. Does not matter cold
or warm engine. I assume it is in not normal thing for CIS. Or I am
wrong?

I measured system, control and residual pressures - all in spec(6.5, 1.6
cold, 3.6 warm, 3.2 after 25 min).

Vacuume leak? I am getting my stock 1.4 bar. Can it be a small leak
which causes this but small enough to take away 1.4 bar at WOT?

I did not check cold srtart valve cause it happened when engine is warm
as well. But, it just came to me that it might be two different reasones
for cold and warm starting: bad cold start valve and jump of system
prussure after warm engine is shut down, for example. The later possible
reason is described by Scott Mockry on his site, but he mentioned that
he saw it on the later models with external system pressure regulator.
My car has internal one inside the fuel distributor. Does it make
sense?

I will appreciate your input.
