Strut housing behaviour.

    Today I installed new strut inserts on my QSW and have a question since
the setup in the 4K series is similar.  Since the outer tie rod end is
pressed into a flange on the strut housing, the whole housing turns when
turning the car - am I correct in assuming that the strut cartridge should
stay put during turning allowing the housing to turn around it, or should it
turn along with the housing?
