price for '89 200?

Hell no.  I wouldn't pay more than $3000 for a perfect example with ~100k
miles.  Actually _I_ wouldn't pay more than $1500 for an automatic, since
it's a bomb waiting to go off.  KBB values are more in line with high dealer
prices.
