New to list with a question (A4 chipping by TAP)

I sent TAP a similar request a couple months ago, for an A4'98V6. They did not
reply with the requested information, which I found odd as well. The Wetterauer
site (http://www.chip-tuning.com/usa/main/mainmenu.html) *does* provide that
kind of info, although the S4 does not seem to be supported by that vendor.

To me, this is enough to drop one supplier and go for another. How can TAP not
provide dyno results? isn't that basic stuff for an engine chip supplier? Would
also be nice to get some 0-60mph results as well ('before and after'). Nobody
seems to provide these.
