Noise 1, check out the little blower motor under the middle of the dash which 
draws air onto the sensor for the temperature control.  It is accessible by 
removing the instrument cluster. When the blower gets full of dust and lint, 
it places a stain on the motor.  A good cleaning and lubing will usually fix 
it.

Noise 2, check out the center bearing on the driveshaft.  It is a standard 
double sealed bearing available at most bearing houses.  Check the achieves 
for instructions.
