No slow start

My guess is the cold start circuit your CIS fuel just happens to supplying
the exact amount of fuel needed to instantly start your engine at that
temperature. I had an early VW GTI that started instantly only when it was
below zero. When warmer the engine didn't get enough fuel and had to crank
for several revolutions before it started.
It does get kind off weird when an Audi turbo engine starts instantly - and
its usually cold enough so there are no witness around to verify this strange
phenomenon.
