FS: 16 foot open car trailer

Hi, I just traded in a 2000 model Kauffman 16 foot open trailer and need
to move it soon. It's an all-steel trailer with a closed diamond plate
deck, dual axle, electric brakes on all 4 wheels, welded 'D' Rings,
break-away kit, 'slide under' ramps (can be positioned at any width), dove
tail etc. The trailer was purchased exactly 3 weeks ago, and then the
owner decided to go with a 26 foot enclosed (who knows why this guy did
this!). The trailer has two 45 minute tows on it, and it is obviously in
excellent condition. All the lights work, it tows very well unloaded, and
the brakes work like new. The trailer was built earlier in the year and
sat on the sales lot for several months so it isn't shiny-new, but there
are literally less than 500 miles on it. The original purchase price is
still marked on the frame at $2195. In talking to the dealer who sold it,
he offered $1700 and would retail it for $1995. I'm offering it to the
list for
$1800 firm (about what i gave on trade), although I'd consider some
trades.
