ATE brake fluids (was Brake fluid change / brake bleeding)

Thanks to all who responded to my brake fluid questions. Looks like a
project I can tackle myself. Couple of follow-up questions. Who sells the
ATE super brake fluids? I did a cursory web search, and did not come up with
anyone who sells the stuff (but plenty of good tech info and testimonials).
Can I get this stuff at places like AutoZone or Pep Boys (have never seen it
sold there though), or do I need to mail-order? Also, how many liters fluid
do I need to buy (for a flush and fill)? Bentley lists no fluid capacities
for the brake system. This is for a '92 100S. TIA.
