Help on noise coming from 200T injector cooler

My injector cooler ran for the first time yesterday, just after
I locked the car and was beginning to walk away.  There was 
an moderate buzzing noise coming from the engine compartment.

I raised the hood and put my hand on the plastic housing of the
cooler.  The noise stopped.

Does the cooler get junk in it over time and develop a noise?
Has anyone taken one of these apart and rebuilt it to stop noises?
