Stiffer Wastegate Spring

Dennis,
I'm not looking for a specific bar number, just more than the 1.2 and
occasional 1.3 I see now.
I have thought about modifying the top of the wastegate, I just haven't had
much luck doing it. The problems I had was finding the right bolt and
removing the plug at the top of the cap (do you punch it in or out?).
I would love to hear how you did it.
