The problem I had was to remove the screw, I had to access it from the top, 
and use tremendous force to break it loose. I thought I was going to break it 
(or the allen wrench) before it let go. Then it took about 20 minutes of back 
& forth movement (and MEK solvent) to get rid of the locktite. 
Therefore I had to drill out, and then pop out the plug first.
