Can't get right hose...

I can't find metric sizes hose supplyer. After replacing radiator on my
200tq I found that hose to expansion tank became 1 in. shorter. Or it
was under stress before. I can't fit it on the tank without bending to
almost right angle and stretching a little bit  and I don't want to do
that. I think that stesss the hose and makes it more prone to failure.
By the way, is it possible to replace that hose w/o removing the
radiator? It is on the side of radiator close to the right fender.

Anyway, I want to add 2 more inches of hose. I managed to fit 3/4'' on
the expension tank but I can't find coupling(hose splicer) to fit 21mm
internal of the original hose. 3/4'' splicer is too loose.
Any tricks I could do?
