Throttle Switch or Decel Valve=no start?

Fellow listers, from reading SJM's site and the list
I've gathered both the throttle switch or decel valve
could cause stalling on a type 44.
The two times my '89 200 has died it has been when
the clutch was depressed, so I guess this would be
considered stalling. However, it won't restart after.
Could either the throttle switch or decel valve cause
a no-start after stalling? In the case of the decel
valve, I'm assuming a huge vacuum leak could indeed
cause a no-start?
Both times it occurred I didn't have time to
troubleshoot, it would eventually restart, usually the
next day.

Thanx,
Keith L.
Kinda wishin' my 200 wouldn't start so I could
diagnose it!
