Air Bags and Red Lights

Has this actually been confirmed?  I called the Audi USA cust svce 1-800#
once and the voice on the other end could not confirm this to me.  The Baton
Rouge dealership couldn't be bothered with my request either; too busy
selling  and servicing new cars to think about old ones.
