OK, from what I remember.... (hey, it was a long night!)
H&R wanted to get in a show car that was unique to the US, so they can show their
technology. They got it in on a 1 year government visa as a show car... So
Christina goes to DMV, tries to register it (knowing she couldnt, but she has some
qualities that will ..uhhh... 'convince' people). She goes to the guy and says:
I want to register my Audi
Sure, what model?
I think its an A3 (knowing full well)
No such thing as an A3, you must mean A4, no problem.
Oh, OK. Heres the VIN and title.
Interesting, title says A3 too, and the VIN looks different.
Oh really? Is this a problem?
Uhhh... no, Ill just correct it and make it an A4
Oh thats great, thanks, I just got the car and dont know much about it yet
And she proceeds to walk out with a tilted, registered A3 (A4).
If I were to try that, Id still be in a dirt floor cell in mexico somewhere eating
rice and locusts.
