Help, new wheels scraping on '85 Coupe GT

rubbing right were the metal folds over from the side to the underneath of
the wheel well.

Can't help with the suspension setup, but I always make it a point to get
the
wheels aligned when I go from summer to stock wheels or vise virsa.  The car
always seems to pulls to either side with stickier rubber depending on road
conditions.  Are your rear wheels rubbing the actual fender or the wheel
well
trim?
