Shift linkage rebuild - 4KQ

All the bits are available from Audi, I think Brendans order for the
parts totalled under $100... we'll remember when he picks them up.

they do not look like fun to replace with the tranny in the car though.

Blau supposedly sells a different pivot ball thing to make a "short
shift kit" which I have not seen or touched so I cannot judge it yet.
