rattly windows in 4k

Hi all,
I've got a problem with rattly front windows in my 4k.  This only happens 
when the windows are all the way closed and I'm driving on bumby roads.  The 
noise seems to come from the windows bouncing around and hitting the 
channels in the door.  If I lower the windows slightly then almost no noise.

I've opened up the door and tightened all the window hardware, but to no 
effect.  Also rubbed some silicon spray into the channels.  It appears that 
there is just too much slop in the fuzzy window channels in the door frame.  
Any suggestions?  This is driving me crazy.
