Small Projector Lights that really work?

These US$130 Micro DE lights operate with standard halogen light bulbs. At
least that is what I have been able to glean from the ads I've been
reading. The bulbs are filled with xenon gas surrounding a tungsten
filament along with halogen for sublimed element redeposition
purposes. They are not xenon discharge lights. No electronic ballasts are
required.
