Small Projector Lights that really work?

For $130 a pair, you probably saw the Halogen Fog light style. They've
been on the market for almost a year now, the Xenon driving lights are
completely fresh from the factory, and probably cost a lot more. If they
really will cost $130, I'm getting a set!
