I have not done this yet and am running around 2 Bar. I would be interested
in doing this if there is a cost effective way, parts source. What other
parts, plumbing are needed to do this correctly. BTDT replies appreciated.

<Have just picked up a by-pass valve from the local dealer ($67.52 CDN) and
am about to install it. I was going to strap the intercooler at the same
time but was wondering if this was necessary with the by-pass valve in
place?

Currently running a shimmed waste-gate and getting 1.6 BAR max indicated on
dash gauge but do have fuel relay cut-out irritating me on an infrequent
basis. That is to say I know not to hold WOT any longer than around 3
seconds or the relay kicks out. This is really annoying only some of the
time but I will fix it too.>

Strapping the IC I think should be the first priority, though some may
differ in opinion that the bypass will eliminate the need.

You may want to at least implement the resistor mod to your ECU to accomodae
your slightly high boost levels without cutting out. A resistor of about
650 ohm should do ya for up to 1.8 Bar, and above that you will still have
the cutout in effect.
