Instrument light rheostat on an 80Q??

I feel that I should know this already but I don't so here goes....

I have a 1990 80Q and the instrument lights are much dimmer than the lights
in my other two 90's.  I think that I have one instrument light blown but
all the other lights (i.e. foglight switches, etc.) in the car are much
dimmer than my other cars.  I just want to be sure that there isn't a simple
adjustment to "brighten it up" before I tackle the job of replacing all the
instrument lights!!!

So does this car have a rheostat to increase the brightness??  If it has one
where is it located in my 80??  I didn't find an answer in the owner's
manual or in the archives!!
