Instrument light rheostat on an 80Q??

On the lower left-hand side of the cluster there should be two posts.  If
you have the digital clock, the rightmost of the two is to adjust the clock
(cw for minutes, ccw for hours) the leftmost would be the dimmer adjust(ccw
dimmer, cw brighter).

So does this car have a rheostat to increase the brightness??  If it has one
where is it located in my 80??
