Audi 100/200 stereo help!

Hi listers,
I've found that the Audi 200 has quite a different stereo
setup compared to my 5ktq and need some help.

Some questions:

What size speakers fit in the doors?

How much mounting depth do I have?

Do I need adapters to fit larger speakers- MB Quart has a nice
set of adapters to fit 5.25" speakers into an A4/S4?

Any problems getting the tweeters into the dash locations?

What size speakers fit the rear deck location? I assume they
look like 6.5" speakers, but Crutchfield is saying 6x9 for some
reason.

Do I need adapters for the rear? Again, MB Quart has nice adapters
made for the A4/S4. I wonder if these adapters can be made to work
in the 200.

This is my plan:
5.25" component midrange in the door, along w/ the crossover
Component tweeter in the dash location
Leave dashboard speaker alone- this is for the phone, correct?
6.5" coaxes or midbass drivers in the rear
CD changer and amp in the trunk
New head unit in the dash
RCAs to the amp, speaker wires to the speakers, power line on opposite side
of speaker lines, RCAs down the middle

I know that someone has done some killer stereo stuff to his/her 100/200/V8.
