V8 Alarm

Yes.  It's the original from dealer O2 sensor, with 3 wire (2 on one
plug, and 1 on the other) connection.  The box has the Audi, VW, Seat,
and Skoda logo's on them.  The price was actually $140.  (the $133 was
the RPM sensor I got at the same time.  I figured for $140, it made more
sense then buying a generic.
