disabling autocheck bulb-out indicator

Do your relays first, and see if you actually have to fuss with the
autocheck.

I did one side, (Bulb out! Bulb out!) and then the other side
(....silence...) a day later. Dunno why, don't care.

(It was _cold_ alright!?)
