On warm days (75 and above) after about a 15 min drive (or longer and

open.
This has been going on all summer and is driving me batty. I have
learned to
add an additional 20+ mins to each of my sales calls ... non chargeable.

I wouldn't rule out something as simple and easily overlooked as cracked
solder connections on the circuit board inside the fuel pump relay. If,
that is, by "will not start" you mean turns over but won't run. You also
should pull codes when the car is acting up and run output tests as that
will no doubt help narrow it down. (Go to Scott Mockry's excellent
website for help on this at: http://www.sjmautotechnik.com/)
If it does not turn over it may be a starter motor or bad electrical
connection to the starter (ground cable?).
More details = more help...
HTH and good luck!
