I dont own one but have driven one. They are awesome to drive if a little sort. Put the Euro Eibach Sport factory option springs on and now it rides and drives much better. With some Euro S6 17x8 wheels with 245's it looks SWEET as well. One of the most perfect setups I've seen for a car. But now it needs stiffer shocks to match the springs.

Engine is unflappable, very quick but rough at idle. Common problem I guess. Short Shifter is a dream.

As for lease options, I cant help, but get the sport option. And a manual, the 6'spd is SWEEt.

My brother-in-law is looking at leasing the 2000 A6 2.7TT. I wondered if any
owners out there have any comments about it, including what to look for at
the dealer before you buy, lease lingo, BTDT's, etc. I understand the car is
sickeningly awesome to drive!!

Thanks,
