will 15x7 fuchs fit the '92 up 100 (C4)??

 Yup, sure will.  Its the 5-bolt pattern on ALL C4 cars right.   I put Fuchs on my Dads A6 with no problems.  Only difference is they are 15 not 16".   But the offset is even the same.  ET-45.
