Blaupunkt CD head unit and non-Blaupunkt changer...

Hi!

Does anyone know of wiring or adapter that allow the use of a
non-Blaupunkt CD changer with a Blaupunkt CD head unit (RDM126 Toronto)?
The Blaupunkt changers seem a bit scarce over here in the 2nd-hand
market, but plenty of SONY/Alpine/etc. units available. Not looking for
a FM modulated changer, so just maybe need a converter of Blaupunkt
signals.
