92 100S - cd changer mounting ideas

I mounted a 10 disk Sony changer in my 90's trunk, on the driver's side,
just behind the wheel well. I made up a wooden box, covered with black
carpet for it. Two reasons, first to protect the changer from "flying"
objects in the trunk, second, with the black carpet on the box, it's
almost invisible when the trunk is open.

The box I made is only about 4 inches wide, so it didn't take up too much
room in the trunk, and then I ran the wire harness up over the wheel well,
and down under the door sills up to the front. Wired up the control box
underneath the driver's dash. Mounted the control panel on the center
console, just behind the shifter.
